Princess Isabelle Grace Jacobi was born on Tuesday Oct 26th, 2004 at 8:22 AM. Weight 3381 grams and length 51 cm. More details to come!
Getting ready for the BIG moment. We left the house at 6.03 AM Tuesday morning Oct 26th. At the Stanford Childrens hospital they made sure that everything was in order and made Marianne feel comfortable.
The doctor visits and explains the procedure of the labour and one of the anasthesia doctors rolls Marianne to the surgery.
Set and ready. After approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes our daughter Isabelle is born. When you have been through this before you think this should be a walk in the park, but the amazing thing is that you have the exact same feelings and emotions. It is a fantastic experience!!! Many thanks to the team at Stanford bringing our little "Isa" to the world. Isabelle was born 8:22 am on Tuesday Oct 26th, 2004.
After a quick check that everything is well "Isa" can visit Mom! A proud dad is also making sure he gets into the picture.
"What is this that is so cold? Take me back to Mom!" Isabelle was 51 cm tall, 3381 grams.
Dad takes the opportunity to get close with Isabelle. Look at the small hands!
What can be more suiting than getting a Cookie Monster diaper as the first diaper.
Back with Mom and Dad. Isabelle gets her first meal.
Ok, time for the first bath! Nice hair style!
